100% Human Hair Weave

Hair weaves also known as hair bundles or hair wefts, are a method of attaching additional hair strands to a person’s natural hair to add length, volume, or desired style. The process involves braiding the natural hair and sewing or weaving the hair extensions onto the braids. Weaves come in different styles, lengths, and colors. They offer versatility and can be styled using heat tools. Regular maintenance is important to keep the weave looking natural and to prevent damage to the natural hair. Hair weaves are popular for achieving different hairstyles without permanent changes to the natural hair.

    FAQs

What is the MOQ for wholesale order?

If you make special order, our MOQ is from 1kg. For example, hair weaves, 1 pack is 100 grams, and our MOQ is 10 packs.

What is the difference of non-remy, remy hair and virgin hair?

    Non-Remy Hair:
Non-Remy hair refers to hair collected from various sources and does not have its cuticles aligned in one direction. The cuticles are the outer protective layer of the hair shaft. In non-Remy hair, the cuticles may be facing different directions, resulting in a higher likelihood of tangling and matting. To make non-Remy hair usable, it often undergoes a process called acid bath or silicone coating to remove or mask the cuticle damage. Non-Remy hair is generally less expensive compared to Remy or virgin hair.

    Remy Hair:
Remy hair is considered to be of higher quality than non-Remy hair. It is collected in a way that preserves the alignment of the hair cuticles. The cuticles are kept intact and are all facing the same direction, usually from root to tip. This alignment reduces tangling and ensures a smoother and more natural look. Remy hair can be sourced from various donors, but the key characteristic is the preservation of the cuticle alignment. It is commonly used in high-quality hair extensions and wigs.

    Virgin Hair:
Virgin hair refers to hair that is completely unprocessed and untouched by chemicals, dyes, or treatments. It is collected from a single donor and retains its natural color and texture. Virgin hair is highly valued because it is considered to be the purest form of human hair. The cuticles are intact and aligned, providing a soft, smooth, and natural appearance. Virgin hair can be styled, dyed, and treated just like natural hair. It is often the most expensive type of hair due to its premium quality.

In summary, the main differences between non-Remy, Remy, and virgin hair lie in the alignment of the cuticles and the level of processing. Non-Remy hair has cuticles facing different directions and requires additional processing, while Remy hair has intact cuticles aligned in one direction. Virgin hair is unprocessed and completely natural, making it the highest quality and most expensive option.

What's the difference between single drawn and double drawn?

Single drawn and double drawn are terms used to describe the thickness and consistency of hair in a bundle or extension. Single drawn hair contains varying lengths of strands, resulting in a natural layered look. It is less uniform and may have shorter hairs mixed in. Double drawn hair, on the other hand, has been manually sorted to remove shorter strands, resulting in a bundle with a more uniform length from top to bottom. This creates a fuller and more voluminous appearance. Double drawn hair is generally considered higher quality and tends to be more expensive than single drawn hair.

How do I maintain my weave?

Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, gently massaging the scalp and avoiding tugging.
Apply leave-in conditioner or moisturizing spray to keep it hydrated.
Detangle with a wide-tooth comb or soft-bristle brush, starting from the ends and working up.
Use heat protection products and limit heat styling.
Wrap hair in a satin or silk scarf or use a pillowcase to prevent tangling while sleeping.
Schedule regular maintenance appointments with a stylist.
Protect from sun, chlorine, and saltwater.
Remember to treat your weave gently and seek professional help when needed.

    Can I dye hair weaves?

Yes, you can color hair weaves. Remy hair weaves can be styled & dyed as your own hair, but they can’t be bleached. Virgin hair weaves can be dyed in a variety of colors and can be bleached.

You might want to test the color on a few strands first to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi permanent colour as it is much more gentle on the hair extensions. However, all of these processes can affect and reduce the quality of your extensions.

    How are hair weaves installed?

Hair weaves are installed by braiding the natural hair close to the scalp and attaching the weft of hair extensions. The weft can be secured using methods like sewing, bonding. The excess weave is trimmed, and the natural hair is blended with the weave. The stylist then styles the hair as desired. It’s important to consult a professional stylist for a proper and secure installation.

How long do hair weaves last?

The lifespan of hair weaves, whether Remy or Virgin, can vary depending on several factors, including the quality of the hair, the installation method, how well they are maintained, and individual care practices. With proper care,Remy hair weaves last more than 6 months, Virgin hair weaves last more than 12 months.

Can I wash my hair weaves?

Yes, you can wash your hair weaves to keep them clean and maintain their appearance. It’s important to follow proper washing techniques to preserve the quality of the hair extensions. Use a sulfate-free shampoo and gently massage it into the scalp and along the length of the weaves, taking care not to tangle or pull on the hair. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply a conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the attachment area, and rinse again. After washing, gently pat the hair dry with a towel and detangle with a wide-tooth comb or brush. Follow any additional care instructions provided by the manufacturer or stylist to ensure the longevity of your hair weaves.
